How To Breakthrough Your Mindset Blocks

 
 

About 6 months into my business, I hired a coach who ended up being a better marketer than coach.⁠

When I felt stuck and asked her how to break through the blocks, she said ”Just decide. Decide you want it bad enough”.⁠

But that didn’t really land with me.

I felt that I had already decided I wanted it - but still wasn’t seeing the results.⁠

(looking back, I can see that what I needed at that time was confidence, but I digress...)⁠

Having a coach (who marketed about how she’d help me break through my blocks) simply tell me to “just decide” left me disappointed, to say the least.⁠

And I decided that I would be better than her.⁠

I wanted to find a way to help women move through their blocks, so I went on a mission to find out what keeps people stuck and how to help them take action.⁠

I learned that many women who "felt stuck" actually needed HEALING (versus a bootcamp coach simply telling them what to DO.)⁠

And I learned how to create a safe, non-judgmental space for that healing to occur.⁠

I learned the best interventions to get my clients out of overwhelm and into an empowered space, so they can take the action necessary to see the results they desire.⁠

I learned how to guide women to discover their soul purpose & unique gifts to share with the world.⁠

And most importantly of all, I learned how to help women accept and love themselves (and each other)⁠

Because when women feel WORTHY + LOVABLE + SUPPORTED, we truly can do anything we put our minds to.⁠


And that means YOU.⁠

This is what you do to heal past experiences and break through those pesky mindset blocks.

  1. Uncover the limiting belief: Become aware of what is showing up in your life that is not serving you. Then identify any patterns that are running in your mind and notice the emotions that come along with the thoughts. Then uncover the limiting belief by asking yourself, “when is the first way I ever felt this way? what was going on at the time? Who’s energy did this feeling come from?”

  2. Identify the storyline. Looking back at the first time you ever felt that way, ask yourself “What did I make this situation mean about me? What story or belief did I make up to explain what was going on? Is it true? ”

  3. Heal it. Identify where you feel the emotion in your body - this is where you stored it so many years ago. Now connect to the divine light and send all the cosmic energy to the area in your body where you’ve been holding the wounded energy. State out loud “I clear, heal and release this energy!” over and over until you feel a shift.
