In the last blog post, I shared the first 3 of 5 tips of growing a profitable spiritual business. In this post, I am sharing the last two.

I’ll quickly recap:

#1 - You need a cherished and nurtured spiritual practice.

#2 - You need clear messaging.

#3 - You need a compelling offer.

# 4 - Community Building. And this one is super simple. You must have a community or audience otherwise, who will buy your products and service? You can have the very best offer out there and you can have crystal clear messaging that speaks to your dream clients but if you only have 5 people to tell, then the percentage of buyers will be very low. The great news is that once you are clear on your messaging and offer, building a community is quite simple. and again, this is a big topic and I have done videos about how to grow a community before so I won't be touching on this a lot but know that if you don't have a growing community, you will struggle to create the impact and the income that you desire.

And now we move on to the 5th step that you need to be booked solid and create a thriving spiritual business and that is.....

# 5 Consistent Outreach - your most important job as a business owner is to find clients to serve, otherwise you won't have a business for very long. And to do this you need to consistently outreach to your audience and new audiences.

Now, outreach can include engaging with people online, networking with people in person or online, FB lives, writing emails or blog posts, offering value in FB groups, podcasts interviews or anything that puts you in front of a new audience. This is key - being seen and visible to your community and to new audiences. It is this practice that helps you get clients, fill your client roster and build that thriving, profitable business that you dream about.

But I want you to avoid making some of the mistake that people make here:

Please don't let yourself get confused and think that working on your website, scrolling your news feed or reading thousands of blog posts is outreach, it is not. You have to actually come out from behind the computer (either in person or online) and allow yourself to be seen. You must actively engage and interact with real people. You'll also want to make sure that the people you are engaging with are your ideal clients and not your peers.... you'll want to join groups where your prospects hang out, instead of in groups with other people who do the same thing as you.

And lastly, if you've been doing all this stuff and not getting the results then a couple of things may be the cause. One, you may be giving up too easily even though there are ads all over talking about growing a business in 3 months, that is not the truth of the matter. Even people who have skills that directly transfer to running an online business, still take a couple years to really get established. So ask yourself, are you in this for the long run or the short term? The people I look up to have been in their area of expertise for 10-20 years so be patience with yourself, focus on the long term results and know that it does take a bit of hustle to build a solid foundation in the first few years.

The second thing that could be holding you back is that you jumped right to outreach without really mastering your crystal clear message and your “compelling can't miss out offer”, so if that's the case then you'll want to go back and nail those.

I also wanted to share the 3 reasons prospects aren’t hiring you and how to fix them now.

Well, I did this as we went through my 5 simple steps and I'll recap them for you.

Prospects aren't hiring you if you don't have crystal clear messaging, if you don't have compelling offers and or if you aren't building a community or doing consistent outreach and most of all you want to make sure that your message, offer and outreach are all in alignment with your soul. What I mean by that is that the strategies that you choose to master will be fun and enjoyable. Because we are spiritual beings and if your strategies are not aligned with your energy, your prospects will feel it, especially if your prospects are also sensitive, spiritual and intuitive women.

So these are the things that you will want to nail down and perfect to really create the thriving spiritual business that will make the impact and income that will bring you freedom, joy and abundance.
