Fill Your Programs with Ease

You’ve spent days, weeks, maybe even months putting together your program and now it’s time for launch and you’re wondering, is it possible to sell out my program with ease?

The short answer is yes. But I do encourage you to start working toward your launch date three months in advance by doing these three simple steps following:

1. Create a community and following that loves and trust you! Then nurture, nurture, nurture. Provide value, show up consistently. Once a week show up with a training that is valuable for your community, use a sexy title so they know what they are getting when they show up and then engage in your group the rest of the week.

Share interesting articles, memes, photos and especially your life experiences. You are your business and people want to get to know you. Then create relationships with your community members. Get to know them. Make meaningful comments on their posts. Support them. How do you grow your community? With freebies that ask them to join the group, challenges and webinars. Connecting in other groups and when appropriate saying, “oh I have a group that focuses on this – no pressure but if you think it would be helpful, I’d love to have you.”

2. Look for the gap. What do people need that they can’t find? What can you provide that people really need? What are they asking for? And create an offer that aligns your skills with what is needed or desired in the market place? Do some market research here and make sure people actually want what you are selling. And then price it right!!

3. Share it from your heart with the intention to serve. Focus on how many people you can serve and help instead of focusing on how much money you will make. Share it with anyone that you think would benefit. Make an invitation and if they decline, no problem, move on to someone else. They aren’t saying no to you, they are saying no to improving themselves and their lives. And if they aren’t yet ready, that’s fine.

Ok, so lastly #1 My secret technique to selling out my programs with ease is to balance the masculine strategies with my feminine energy intuition & creativity. I have tried both individually and have come to realize that it is very important to have both. So what does that mean? Well, tune in and listen to your guidance on what to offer and then use masculine strategy to implement it.

You can provide value all day long but if you don’t share your offer, it’s pretty hard for people to sign up for it….Right? You need to be able to share your offer with confidence, clarity and with the intention to serve. You can share an amazing offer but if you have a very small audience, then it’s pretty tough to fill your programs when most of the time, only 1% of your audience will buy. So you need to use masculine sales strategies to build your audience and then use your creativity and intuition to create the right offer for your audience.

If you take these tips and implement them right now, even if you are quite new to business, you’ll be able to sell out a program in about 3 months. If you don’t implement them, then in 3 months time, you’ll still be wondering why it feels like you are doing all the right things but the clients still aren’t coming.
